SCHEDULES ARE AVAILABLE IN DOWNLOAD AREA 

Coaches,

                  I have included two Schedules: The first is the revised and Final Schedule for the weekend.  We have done our best to accommodate those that have had conflicts with the original schedule.  The second schedule includes the makeup schedule for Saturday if we are to get rained out Friday evening.  We have moved the 12U Tournament for Friday and Saturday to Genshaft Field and all 11U & 10U to Community Park.  This will allow us to play more games and have 4 lighted fields in case we get backed up due to the weather.  I have set up a WEATHER HOT LINE (330-837-3744) that will be live for the first time on Friday with weather and Field conditions starting at 1pm, please don’t call any earlier.  I will also be sending out emails with the same reports. 

If you have an emergency please contact me at (330-327-5439).  The head Quarters will be set up at Community Park Pavilion just off of 241 at the North end of the parking lot.  Please be sure to register at the Pavilion prior to your 1st game.  Please be prepared to turn in your Waiver and team roster.  Due to the weather forecast, I will not be putting together coaches packets.  Please go to the website www.massillonheat.com for copies of the rules and waiver sheets.  The weather does not look promising but I assure you that we will do everything possible to have fields ready to play on Friday or Saturday.  Be sure to bring enough balls and towels for each game, especially with the weather. 

Please be patient and realize that our Goals are the same as yours.  We have put together a nice tournament weekend but with the weather it could be challenging at times with Field maintenance for 9 fields, start times, concessions etc.  I will follow up with specific directions to and from each park this evening by email.
